Women Empowerment - The need of the hour

Women's liberation or the role of women or modern Indian women have been widely spoken about these days. Several people say that women are encouraged today, others say they are gaining influence and some still believe that they still reverse in nearly all fields. Have women truly reversed their positions? Will this guy conquer the world achieve power and respect? We must take a look at the past and then examine the present from this viewpoint in order to provide a solution to these challenging questions. Women were held in high regard throughout the Vedic period and regarded in every walk of life as equal to men. Without women, there were no religious ceremonies and practices possible. Women were educated as men. They had great independence with respect to their husband's decisions. But they dropped the exalted role over time and started to be violated.

In household affairs, they were never consulted and did not make any decisions. People did not take their girls to school in the 19th century. Training could only happen to girls in the upper-class culture, and at home, too. But big social reformers like Raja Ram Mohan Rai, Ishwar Chandra Vidya Sagar, Swami Dayanand Saraswati, and others have done their utmost to improve the status of women and because of their relentless efforts, girls have been educated at colleges. Women have never enjoyed fair justice in this orthodox culture. The dominion of men is contained in this patriarchal culture ( their male counterparts ). Only the domestic duties are restricted. They do whatever they can to please their husbands, children, and other attorneys. But instead of receiving some compensation, they are never considered, humiliated, and mocked in many respects.

However, it is difficult to deny their position in creating the country. They are our country's most precious human resources. In the development of the country, women are equal partners with men. Either politics or the sports or entertainment industries or industrial units or the military are in every sector.

We can't ignore the names of the astronauts who have gotten a good name, Kalpana Chawla and Sunita Williams. And in the military, the women were good warriors. Doctors, engineers, attorneys, school and university teachers, MEPs, and other individuals. They are doctors.

Women's Empowerment Day (8 March each year) – Workshops, marches, skits, etc., are held annually. The key explanation for these activities is to remind the world of the power, ability, and important commitment made by women in order to change life on this planet.
